The theme of 2013 congress is “Surgical innovation from basic science to clinical application”. The aim of the ESSR 2013 Istanbul is to deliver latest developments and technologies of surgical research.
The congress will start with hands-on workshops where experts will share their experiences on details, tricks and pitfalls of innovative surgical techniques. The program will include interesting keynote lectures and symposiums. There will be oral and poster sessions for a wide range of main or special topics. Besides the official awards such as W.Brendel Award and Best Clinical Research Award that are offered to high-quality abstracts and presentations every year, this year we will provide participants with a unique opportunity: presenting authors of ten abstracts will be awarded free congress registration prize! The selection of abstracts will be based on their scientific merit. Both basic science and clinical research abstracts are welcome.
