The 2014 International Conference on Medicine Sciences andBioengineering [ICMSB2014] will be held from August 16-17, 2014 in Kunming,Yunnan, China.
The aim of ICMSB2014 is to provide a platform for researchers,engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over theworld to present their research results and development activities in medicinesciences and bioengineering. It provides opportunities for the delegates toexchange new ideas and application experiences, to establish business orresearch relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.

All accepted papers will be published by CRCPress and submitted to EI for indexing. Excellent papers will be selected andrecommended to EI or SCI journals.
Paper Submission

2. Format and Template: All submissions must be in English and allpapers must not be less than 3 pages, and can't exceed 6 pages in length.Otherwise, you have to pay for the additional pages.

Note: In order to avoid some possible ethics (for example,plagiarism issue), the following contents deserve everyone's attention.
3. Policy: The submitted papers must not be previously publishedanywhere, and must not be submitted to any other conferences before and duringthe ICMSB2014 review process. Submitting a paper to the conference means thatif the paper were accepted, at least one author will register and attend theconference to present the paper.

Since its establishment, the 2014 International Conference onMedicine Sciences and Bioengineering has been dedicated to developing ahigh-level, high-standard, and high-quality platform for the scientists,engineers, educators and technicians in the fields of medicine sciences andbioengineering to further academic exchange. Considering that there is a rathermotley group of unqualified international academic conferences held in Chinaand some conferences met difficulties in publication and retrieval because ofthe poor quality of the articles and the problems in procedural norms, theorganizing committee of this conference commits itself to ensuring the qualityand norms of the conference and articles involved and to protecting theinterests of participants and contributors. Thus, the organizing committeemakes a special statement concerning contributions. The statement is asfollows.
1.All articles contributed to ICMSB2014 must be new articles whichhave not been published in any journals or publications, and the copyrights ofthe articles should not have been demised to any institution, organization orindividual.
2.Several kinds of articles are to be declined by ICMSB2014:
1) Pseudo-articles which are incompetent in reasoning and devoid ofany statistics, experiments or designs;
2) Plagiarized articles;
3) Articles translated by translation software;
4) Articles irrelevant to the theme and scope of this conference.
3.In order to strengthen the supervision and examination ofarticles and to ensure the quality of articles, the administration team ofICMSB2014 will examine each article for two weeks. Please be patient.
