The Organising Committee is currently working to develop an excellent scientific programme for
next year's meeting. The format of the meeting will be similar to the 2012 meeting, with the
Specialist Section Meetings of Academic Urology, Andrology & Genito-Urethral Surgery and Female
Neurological & Urodynamic Urology taking place on Monday 17 June.
We are planning to host a Welcome Reception on Monday evening in the exhibition hall and there
will be a social event for all delegates and exhibitors on Wednesday night. Tuesday night will be
free to enable exhibitors to stage their own events and the core conference hours (correct at time
of printing) are stated on page 5 of this booklet, which should guide you when making your
arrangements. We very much hope you will want to participate in the social events we have
planned for BAUS 2013 and are keen that any events you may be planning for the week do not
take place during the social event on Wednesday evening (end time 20:00) – not least as we are
sure you will wish to join us – and we would therefore ask you to plan around it.
